A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

The Senior Manager, Respiratory Marketing will contribute to the financial success of the brand and will report to the Senior Director, Respiratory Marketing Market Development Lead. The candidate will assist with the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for New Indications, including COPD, and will support external stakeholder engagement efforts within Respiratory across the Asthma and CRSwNP approved indications and unbranded education across specialties.

This Position Might Be For You If:

  • Understanding of the US COPD market, drivers, barriers, and competitive positioning

  • Launch Readiness and Execution

  • Implementing the strategy and tactical plan for the pre-launch, launch, and post launch periods as appropriate for new indications

  • Development of HCP in- office promotional resources for COPD

  • Develop HCP Digital MCM content and partner with Digital lead for tactical execution for COPD.

  • Support field communication around market development strategies and initiatives for Respiratory Indications

  • Participates in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date with relevant literature.

  • Provides input for market research activities with the Market Research Team

  • Tracks marketing spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget.

  • Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies.

  • Works with marketing & sales management, training, legal, regulatory, medical, market access and market research to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the brand strategy Partner with sales leadership to gather relevant feedback and competitive intelligence.

  • Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.

  • Partner across functions and therapeutic areas to enhance the brand's overall value proposition.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • The position requires an initiative-taking individual with strong strategic and scientific acumen, as well as an ability to be laser-focused on execution.

  • Must be able to operate in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Exhibit organizational agility and the capability to identify the need to reprioritize to external or internal environmental changes.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to develop and execute educational programs and support materials.

  • Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data as well as simplify their meaning.

  • Strong people skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally & externally

  • Initiative-taker and ability to work independently.

  • Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets.

  • Ability to manage given budgets according to the brand plan.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus. 7+ years of "progressive" industry/ relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry/ relevant professional experience. Respiratory/ Immunology experience preferred. Launch experiences a plus. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus. Self-injectable biologics experience a plus. Earlier work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus. Earlier experience on a multi-indication brand is a plus. Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed).

Salary Range (annually)

$126,600.00 - $206,600.00
