WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This candidate will have the opportunity to help drive our retail business at a very exciting time, as we are a newly configured end-to-end marketing team. This is an opportunity to work for a global leader in the retail industry - an extremely dynamic industry with a very interesting information based retail portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all parts of the business and all levels of staff.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Internal communications leader for the global retail business to build a can-do, all-in growth culture and to help scale our global retail business.
Drive adoption of our global retail business vision and culture by communicating with the global retail team at a steady cadence, through multiple mediums, and from multiple voices (executive communications, newsletters, videos, blogs, e-mails, town halls, webinars, etc.)
Continually improve retail employee engagement through regular team communications and by driving effective and thorough response to JCI and retail employee surveys.
Support retail executive management team with by providing support and mediums for regular communications covering business strategy, operations, organizational developments, etc.
Partner with human resources to communicate corporate and high level retail organizational updates across the global retail business.
Support the design, development and utilization of an easy to navigate retail employee portal to scale the business , provide a platform for team collaboration, and to enable employees to locate needed information on demand. Maintain and manage content once active.
Lead the annual marketing operational planning process, including developing and publishing a global marketing plan and operational budget. Support department directors in effectively managing their functions and resource. Manage the tracking, analyzing and reporting of retail marketing KPIs and metrics.
Manage Global Retail Marketing organization operations/production output/metrics; lead development and execution of processes to ensure the smooth operations of this global functional team.

Bachelor's Degree- Journalism, Marketing, Preferred
Advanced degree a plus
