Atos is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing for our manufacturing, retail and transport (MRT) sales group. The selected candidate will work closely with MRT's sales organization to arm the field with the assets they need to sell, create sales plays, execute campaign strategies, and work with their Marketing team members to deliver content across all channels.
What You Will Be Doing:
Develop value-based product and solution positioning, and messaging that clearly differentiates the Atos MRT group in compelling ways, more specifically around manufacturing and CPG
Drive go-to-market strategy and influence how we prioritize and win target markets, product categories, and buyer segments
Collaborate with Sales to understand enablement needs. Deliver and maintain complete set of assets. Support training activities
Own launch planning strategy and execution. Ensure awareness of our portfolio capabilities across field, partners, customer success, customers and analysts
Collect, analyze, and manage competitive intelligence.
Work closely with Demand Generation, Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless and effective execution.
Collaborate with Analyst Relations team to set strategy; plan and execute analyst briefings and other interactions successfully
Engage Marketing to influence participation in and strategy for industry events
Establish self as credible thought leader and subject matter expert in the manufacturing IT services domain
Eight-to-10 years of product marketing experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excel at telling a cohesive, well-constructed story across all channels
Strong ability to translate technical features and functions into value-based positioning and messaging that is meaningful and easily understood by business users and other business stakeholders
Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills, strong business acumen, and an ability to make well-informed decisions quickly
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects across product, sales, marketing and partners and transition quickly from one to another throughout the day.
Enjoys working with teams and collaborating.
