Pizza Hut is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for using data and analytics to drive business results. This role would be responsible for all performance-driving activities of the Hut Rewards loyalty program including acquisition, retention, and engagement. This is a robust role with ownership of a key aspect of Loyalty. This person will lead insight development and identify opportunities for program growth through deep understanding and analysis of customer behavior and associated metrics. They will also develop, validate, and scale loyalty-centric business growth strategies through rapid test and learn across a variety of marketing and customer contact channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical experience and problem solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills. You will need to be a true business partner with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, from strategy to execution, and be able to develop & translate analytical insights into impactful business actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and analytics to develop a deep understanding of Hut Rewards member behavior, needs, and motivations.

  • Lead and partner with a cross-functional ecommerce, marketing, data science, and technology team to develop and implement loyalty strategies to drive business growth.

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies, test and learn plans, and loyalty-centric product and promotional offers to optimize marketing and customer contact activities.

  • Lead communication across Pizza Hut and associated business stakeholders to drive awareness and understanding of Loyalty member behavior and program business impacts.

  • Manage direct reports to conduct performance analysis using BI tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) to uncover insights and drive program recommendations with the goal to maintain and support the growth of the loyalty program and associated business metrics.

Minimum Requirements

  • 57 years of experience in ecommerce, loyalty program management, or loyalty marketing including experience with analytics and strategy

  • 12 years of experience leading a team of direct reports

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with BI / big data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Master's degree preferred

Also work with vendor(s) when necessary to integrate vendor and JCPenney requirements. * Perform or actively participate in agile ceremonies such as product backlog grooming, sprint backlog analysis, technical backlog creation, burndown charts creation during the sprint cycles * Keep the team apprised & provide coaching to junior team members when needed for the agile product ceremonies, system processes, project deliverables, KPIs & success factors * Assist in the creation and monitoring of development activities according to project plans, defining risks, anticipating delays and resolving issues. * Understand system architecture sufficiently to facilitate resolution of technical issues and incidents, recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of work & estimate resourcing needs Critical Skills & Experiences: * 3-5 years' experience in a professional environment performing analysis, design and development tasks on multiple databases, development environments & platforms. * Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field * Demonstrates breadth and depth of techniques and tools for one or many of the following: use case modeling, data modeling, E2E business process modeling, process mapping, E2E business scenarios. * Prior experience in large multi-channel retail company preferred * Ability to effectively convey critical information to various levels within the organization. * Effective planning, and organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously with initiative and communicate with management on project plans and progress required. * Effective in sharing knowledge across the organization, driving best practices, and coaching junior team members. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
