Job Responsibilities:
Drive deep partnership with business and HR leaders to develop a comprehensive, multi-year talent review strategy that enables our company to scale and meet future leadership needs in an ever-evolving industry poised for significant growth
Maintain responsibility for executive pipeline development, build relationships with key program managers and serve as central, trusted advisor to BU and HR leaders for critical talent decisions such as promotions, rotations, and experience-driven leadership development assignments
Identify our top internal emerging talent; Assemble and deliver a breakthrough assessment, coaching and advancement approach that will motivate and retain top talent, and deliver the right set of career experiences that nurtures the best traits in our future leaders and enhances their engagement
Contribute to overall business and people strategies as an expert on leadership capacity and capability growth at all levels; serve as a key stakeholder on several critical journeys/projects towards greater productivity, retention, and collaboration across business units
Partner with stakeholders: Become a trusted advisor to HR partners by understanding their talent needs and delivering relevant and insightful Talent solutions while also driving company-wide talent review cadence that is tightly aligned to Applied's HR strategy and priorities
Establish key metrics across leadership and talent development including program utilization, representation in key demographics, identification, tracking and development of hi-potentials; drive alignment with the Executive Leadership team and the HR Leadership team
Work with business leaders to assess future state needs based on business/product growth plans and emerging critical skills
Develop and maintain talent and high-potential analytics and insightful enhancements in collaboration with the HR Analytics team
Drive continuous improvement: Analyze metrics and insights to identify areas for improvement in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for activities and initiatives that continuously optimize talent management practices
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, & Education:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in organizational or leadership development, organizational psychology or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, including time in a Talent CoE leadership role
Experience managing and delivering impactful talent projects
Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights and compelling stories
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders and HR professionals (e.g., HR Partners, Learning & Development experts, Talent Analytics experts)
Excellent research abilities and a passion for staying abreast of emerging talent trends and technologies
Experience working for a global organization is strongly preferred; candidates should be able to effectively establish cross-cultural relationships, programs and partnerships
Additional Information:
This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and influence on strategic talent decisions at the corporate level

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
