Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned multi-generational global program, with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program.
Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior IT and Business management.
Manage budgets and contracts associated with program or initiative ensuring adherence to financial targets
Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the pillar area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
Monitor assigned portfolio of projects within a pillar to ensure compliance with budget, schedule, quality, process standards and Service Level Agreements
Manage program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams
Manage risk and issue resolution across pillar project portfolio to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to defined quality standards and user specifications
Manage delivery of comprehensive project documentation within pillar
Coach and mentor project managers
Manage pillar project execution and status
Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, or similar; advanced science degree desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
5 years of experience in delivering security solutions and/or General IT infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver strong execution.
Strong organizational, business, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and to effectively lead and communicate at all levels.
Experience with project management, vendor management, financial management, and/or change management Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions and implement new processes.

Experience managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional global programs
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Prefer PMP certification.
