MatrixCare is looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Integrations and Technical Services. In this role, you will supervise all Technical Services Analysts and be responsible for the quality of service provided to MatrixCare clients. Our Technical Services team engages in project management and service delivery for implementations, integrations, migrations, partner technical vendor management and ongoing support. As the manager, you will be responsible for assisting with recruiting, staffing, resource allocation, and performance management. Additionally, this person will collaborate with implementation, hosting, and client support to improve processes.

As our Senior Manager of Integrations & Technical services, you will:

  • Manage Interface Services for MatrixCare

  • Manage Technical Support for multiple products

  • Manage a team of 8+ interface and pharmacy analysts

  • Maintain and improve technical support needs for MatrixCare

  • Project manage stand-alone interface turn-ups for clients

  • Manage partner vendors from technical aspect engaging them to communicate needed technical changes for MatrixCare interoperability

  • Oversee certification of new vendor partners

  • Represent Client services in Planning and Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with managers in development, support, and implementation

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for Sales team

  • Generate white papers and other documents describing services

  • Collaborate with other groups in Operations to define cross-functional solutions to technical problems

  • Act as a lead for Technical Services in piloting of new MatrixCare offerings

  • Work with the Product team on optimizing interoperability offerings

  • Collaborate with hosting and manage escalation paths

  • Manage team performance

  • Position team for growth and align with strategic priorities for MatrixCare

  • Hiring, recruiting, and training of new staff members

  • Maintain and manage knowledge assets for technical services

  • Provide direction to Lead resources in perspective areas

  • Develop methodologies for corporate campaigns, such as migrations and other E.H.R. adoption needs

  • Consult with account managers and engage Key Accounts

  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience needed for this position:

  • Degree in computer science or related field

  • Minimum seven (7) years' experience in Information systems or project management

  • Additional hands-on experience working directly with clients and vendors to implement software and integrations

  • Diverse background and strong ability to manage a variety of services; including interfaces, project management, business intelligence and technical support

  • Superior technical, communication, presentation, planning, and research skills, as well as proven results at providing successful, technological solutions

  • Experience working with web-based support

  • Ability to assess and implement effective training initiatives for technicians

  • Ability to assess and implement effective Installation policies and procedures

  • Ability to work closely with other managers, promote teamwork, and display recognizable leadership skills

  • Familiarity with "web-based" support a must
