Job Description: Summary
Accountable for setting team work direction and overseeing completion of work tasks
Oversees and executes Global Information Security IAM run/operate services
Individual accountability for ensuring allocated resources are used effectively to provide sustainable operational support while ensuring service level agreements are met
Leads continuous improvement to drive operational effectiveness of Global Information Security, Identity and Access Management operations
Develops an effective and workable framework for managing and improving IAM services (within BD as well as suppliers)
Actively analyze metrics and trends and drive continuous improvement
Lead and coordinate the operations of the Identity and Access Management platform(s)
Ensure that all necessary resources are aligned with activities within this area.
Drive the effectiveness of BD's User registration and provisioning while improving the End User Experience.
Ensure engagement of other areas under Identity and Access Management including Privilege Access Management, Multifactor Authentication, SSO and Access Provisioning.
Facilitate integration with IT incident management programs to ensure consistency and alignment with peer support groups.
Drives service line engagement through reporting of key performance objectives and trends
10+ years' experience in IT or Information Security, with at least 5 in an access management operational capacity, and 5-8 years with a multi-national
Advanced set of skills and knowledge in operating one or more of the following: Identity and Access Management, Privilege Access Management and Multifactor Authentication.
Knowledge of Associate and Contractor Onboarding/Offboarding processes leaver-mover-joiner processes
3-5 Years managing an offshore supplier responsible for running access management operations
Strong leadership skills that demonstrate the ability for innovative ideas and the confidence to promote or share as actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in in technical discipline (Computer Science/Engineering) other degrees are fine if candidate has technical certification: CISSP, GIAC, MSCE, Cisco CNE
CISSP, CISM, GIAC security certification or equivalent (if not accompanied by technical degree)
Experience leading a continuous improvement effort
Demonstrated team building, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Prior experience in healthcare/medical device industry
