Want to help lead the way in redefining how we shop online? The Senior Manager of Program Management for Walmart eCommerce is a critical leader in enhancing site's performance and driving a frictionless customer site experience. This person will lead launch readiness of various initiatives across platforms and propositions.
Responsible for activation of all site products - onboarding site operations team, designing and activating processes, seeking and prioritizing the experience needs, etc. Also responsible for engaging with Site Platforms product team to plan and execute on strategies, tooling, etc.
Support Site Ops Lead with execution of operations strategies for site initiatives by building action plans; guiding and ensuring alignment of functional plans; and collaborating with cross-functional partners to remove barriers.
Partner with Site Ops lead, cross-SBU site operations team, and product to build site initiatives playbooks, assignment of owners, execution of plan, informing the leadership on progress, and removing barriers through collaborations and communications.
Actively manage program tracker for site ops to inform progress, dependencies, and any active recalibration of plans
Act as the primary interface between product/engineering and rest of the functional areas to effectively launch products and solutions
Preferred qualifications -
Experience leading teams through problem framing and structuring skills, project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights.
Knowledge in strategic analysis and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations
management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
