Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the strategic planning for the HR Technology CAI portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (CPO's and HR leadership) to define portfolio priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.

  • Contribute to overall HRTS strategic portfolio roadmap

  • Work with Application Management and Innovation and advisory as appropriate to solution new initiatives for the business

  • Drive optimization initiatives within the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for increased efficiency.

  • Coordinate resource allocation and planning efforts for HR Technology projects, optimizing the utilization of resources for maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure ongoing communication around performance measurement and reporting, providing regular updates on key portfolio metrics and progress to key stakeholders

  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects and Application Management, to ensure seamless integration of projects within the HR Technology portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field

  • Proven experience in a strategic or portfolio management role.

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Builds strong relationships and can effectively communication with executive leadership

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks in portfolio management activities

  • Experience in resource allocation and planning for complex projects

  • Knowledge of HR Technology trends and best practices
