Senior Manager, HR Strategy and Transformation (HRST) Digital Enablement

Role description

The HR Strategy and Transformation (HRST) Digital Enablement leader brings insights, experiences and thought leadership to develop a Digital Enablement strategy and drive Talent's digital transformation journey. This innovative leader influences and collaborates with senior leaders in the businesses and across the Enabling Areas, specifically within the Talent and Information Technology Services (ITS) organizations. On a day-to-day basis, this leader plans and manages Talent's digital-related projects and work teams.

Work you'll do

As the HRST Digital Enablement Leader, you will provide support to the HRST leader and deputy in all areas of responsibility which include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate across Talent, businesses, ITS, consultants and vendors as needed to create and manage the Talent digital enablement strategy and Talent digital ecosystem.

  • Monitor the external market and maintain knowledge of Talent-focused digital solutions to inform strategy, the application ecosystem, influence stakeholders and/or inform projects.

  • Generate and manage Talent's digital enablement governance process.

  • Represent Talent as needed in firm-wide and/or external digital-related discussions.

  • Lead complex, firm-wide Talent digital enablement projects and offer pioneering, analytical and project management support leveraging agile methodology.

  • Manage Talent's digital enablement investment budget and spend; provide status updates and recommendations to leadership on investments.

  • Build high-performing teams and offer coaching to support Talent digital enablement projects.

  • Contribute to and oversee deliverables to influence, gain buy-in, share key messages and/or seek execution.

  • Manage change and drive transformation with stakeholders.

  • Perform other role-related duties as assigned.

The HR Strategy and Transformation team aspires to reimagine how Talent fuels our Deloitte businesses through innovative, customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree(s) preferred

  • Minimum ten years of experience in the technology landscape and pioneering new ideas

  • SAP/related HRIS and other Talent-related technology solutions knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the talent lifecycle and customer experience perspective

  • Work well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset

  • Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing and building relationships

  • Strong project management, delivery and upward management skills

  • Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and influencer; leverage knowledge and experience to resolve issues and remove project barriers

  • Analytical ability to delve into details while maintaining a broader business perspective

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex topics concisely

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
