We are looking for someone to further develop our growth strategy and to plan our activities for our most important acquisition channels for HelloFresh in France. This senior position is a key role in the performance marketing team. You will be working with marketing channel experts (online / offline), who will help you execute the best growth strategy for HelloFresh in France. HelloFresh is a frontrunner in the development of online and offline marketing into performance-driven activities. Every campaign is measured, analyzed and constantly optimized based on data insights. We are strong in segmentation, based targeting and communication. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing the marketing strategy for France, creating and monitoring the budget as well as coordinating with the teams executing the different channel-activities. You will be able to develop new plans to acquire customers, test them, and then roll out on a large scale. You will work with key partners and suppliers. You thrive in a commercial role, and can easily spot business opportunities for HelloFresh.
Preferably you have experience in direct response driven marketing activities, in alike companies or other fast growing organizations. As this is a role where strong analytical skills and a large range of different topics and plans are at play, we also see strong candidates coming from a (strategy) consulting background. You need to have a clear track record of proven success in France, be a native speaker and living in / willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
