Job Summary

The Growth Enablement Senior Manager will be part of the Growth Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Finance Director. This position will be responsible for working directly with the VP of Growth Enablement and will own Growth Enablement Executive Committee level report outs. This individual will have a strong financial acumen and be able to dig one layer deeper to support and explain the financial results of the Growth Enablement portfolio. Other key responsibilities include portfolio reporting/monitoring, projects data analysis, risk and issue management and communication across Workstream stakeholders. This position will oversee Wave (Program Management Tool) and PBI inquiries to continuously enhance management's ability to track their Growth Enablement portfolios.

This is a hybrid role located in our Milwaukee, WI office.

Primary Duties

  • Understand underlying Growth Enablement data and incorporate external feedback into report outs to enable business decision making at the Executive Committee level. Align report outs to bigger enterprise picture while maintaining attention to detail

  • Responsible for deliverables to VP of Growth Enablement, including the weekly briefing file (summary of all major portfolio movements and key topics), bi-weekly Growth Enablement Executive Committee meetings, Monthly Workstream Lead meetings, Portfolio deep dives, and ad hoc analysis as needed.

  • Review the forecast, results, and weekly fluctuations of the overall Growth Enablement portfolio. Understand and dig one layer deeper to proactively identify areas of Risk and Opportunity for the portfolio and the sub-workstream populations

  • Manage relationship with multiple Executive Committee level stakeholders, ensuring appropriate, clear and professional communication.

  • Utilize HR/other functional data and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate tracking of cost out actions across the enterprise

  • Stay connected with key stakeholders (VP of Growth Enablement, Growth Enablement Finance team, Strategy deployment team, Workstream leads, key BU/Function stakeholder) to problem solve and take well informed actions, build rapport to encourage feedback and new ideas for continuous process improvement. Build appropriate and effective business relationships.

  • Manage and coordinate activities and projects of Growth Enablement Ops Team to align with enterprise needs, identify and allocate appropriate resources, and ensure timely completion of projects. Lead team with solid communication, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Enabler and gate keeper of Wave, PBI and other reporting tools. Establish and implement monitoring and control processes for the Growth Enablement Team community to ensure initiatives and milestones are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.

  • Oversee the build and quality delivery of Program Management tools (WAVE, PowerBI Dashboards, SharePoint, etc.), with appropriate prioritization and mitigation of project risks.

  • Oversee managing configuration requests, custom report design and other development tasks in conjunction with our external Wave development team.

  • Oversee Growth Enablement Ops Team governance (i.e. User Management within Wave, Approval flows, SharePoint site calendars and training materials, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a multinational business

  • Prior experience managing team of at least 3 individuals.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial operations

  • Excellent communications skills, including experience in written and oral reports and presentations to high-level management. Ability to listen effectively, evaluate the most critical elements being communicated and communicate with team on an open and timely basis.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications. Ability to handle and interpret large data sets

  • Strong work ethics and able to quickly adapt to new environment and demands. Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking/acting.

Preferred

  • Advanced Financial/operational modeling, and data visualization skills

  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus

  • MBA degree is a plus
