PURPOSE:
Providing sales support to represent key TriZetto IT Product and Professional service offerings. This role will work with our salesforce and will interact with clients and prospects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Driving the exploration of sales of TriZetto software, solutions, and services opportunities for all assigned pursuits and/or accounts.
2.Providing industry and market expertise in specific services space while achieving sales and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
3.Providing expertise on assigned TriZetto IT Professional Services Synergy track and solutions, supporting the sales process including proposals and contracts.
4.Supporting the streamlining and expediting the sales operations process using a detailed understanding of the internal synergy process and the associated internal systems to (eg: discovery, scoping, deal tracking, pricing, VSOE and contracting).
5.Developing relationships with the Client Partners, Account Managers, General Managers and Strategic Account Executives.
6.Partnering with Client Partners, Account Managers, General Managers and Strategic Account Executives by supporting the identification, solutioning and closing of new IT Professional Services Synergy deals
7.Mentoring and assisting the more junior IT Professional Services synergy teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling, implementing or upgrading enterprise software systems. Healthcare industry experience a must.

Ability to be an active listener and strong problem-solver to address client challenges.
Good comprehension skills with the goal of becoming a solutions expert for assigned TriZetto services and solutions and being able to present and speak to the full capability on an as-requested basis.
