Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience working in a corporate records management role OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 7 years of experience working in a corporate records management role
At least 4 years of experience maintaining a records retention schedule
At least 4 years of experience developing, implementing and/or maintaining a records retention program, such as policies and procedures
Experience working with MS Office , including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience with using and managing records within Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Flows and Teams.
Experience using PowerBi, Tableau and other reporting applications.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as Certified Records Manager (CRM) as granted by American Records Management Association (ARMA).
Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience working in a corporate records management role OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 11 years of experience working in a corporate records management role
At least 2 years of experience managing records destruction
At least 2 years experience managing healthcare records
Experience working on cross functional teams
Experience with Microsoft Purview (Compliance Administrator role preferred)
