Real Estate & Development is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Space Planning and Workplace Analytics teams. Reporting into the Senior Director for Real Estate & Site Services, in this role you will be responsible for driving the strategy and ongoing optimization of Apple's corporate space portfolio, as well as leading the Workplace Analytics team to provide operational transparency while driving consistency and efficiency across Real Estate & Development's teams and functions.
The Space Planning and Workplace Analytics teams work with many internal cross-functional business partners including senior Business Unit leaders, Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, Site Services, Legal, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and proactive problem solver with extensive management experience who can think strategically and stay connected to integral partners, while motivating and inspiring the team. Proven ability to work across multiple teams and data sets to identify challenges, solutions, and present recommendations to senior leadership

Description
Lead Apple's global space planning strategy, including market-based and organization-based analysis, planning and execution to optimize space utilization
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate those needs into actionable space requirements that support strategic objectives
Develop and implement innovative solutions that reflect the latest trends in workplace design and technology
Manage space allocation, including forecasting future needs to inform real estate expansion and consolidation strategies
Provide guidance and leadership to a team of space planners and data analysts
Working with Apple's Workplace Technologies team, own and create end-to-end data analysis, visualization, and reporting
Conduct research, analyze data, identify key trends, and prepare reports to inform data-based decisions to drive improvements across Real Estate & Development
Be a thought partner with Real Estate & Development senior leaders to surface actionable insights and recommendations based on Workplace Analytics' capabilities and reporting
Education & Experience
BA or BS or equivalent
