As a senior member of the Global OpsX Team, you will be responsible for deeply understanding business challenges and working directly with different areas of the organization to create innovative solutions.

Innovation is our primary focus so you will be expected to learn quickly, think creatively, plan strategically, execute / communicate efficiently, and iterate rapidly.

Some of the areas in which you will be involved include:

  • Re-designing global processes

  • Assessing the potential for automation & digitization across all Ops areas

  • Leading Global Projects

  • Creating optimal operating models and organization structures

  • Defining new KPIs and performance management rhythms


  • Analyze large data sets to arrive at insights and improvement opportunities

  • Understand business challenges to create innovative Global Solutions & Tools

  • Lead all phases of Global Solutions & Tools (design-to-implementation)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to receive buy-in and support

Job Requirements


  • Previous experience working in Operations and / or managing complex projects

  • Basic understanding of enterprise Operations systems

  • Data analysis & process re-engineering

  • High proficiency with the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Strong verbal and written communication


  • Ability to think strategically and "see the forest through the trees"

  • Structured approach to problem solving + leading teams in problem solving

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action

  • A keen eye for detail + very high quality deliverables

  • Ability to simplify complex topics into executive-level communications

  • Presence and level of comfort to present to senior audiences

  • Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization

  • Highly positive attitude and mindset

Normal working hours for this position will be per local regulations. Working beyond normal working hours may be required to cover business needs and during business travel.

As Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing you will be responsible for the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy for emerging Edwards TMTT products with a strategic focus on the EU market. You will lead global downstream product marketing activities (launches, campaigns, initiatives) and collaborate closely with our global regional marketing partners and upstream marketing to ensure the market success of TMTT therapies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop and drive the execution of commercial, downstream marketing strategies for new products and therapies in partnership with regional sales, marketing and training teams to achieve or exceed business goals. * Collaborate with regional marketing partners to drive globally harmonized and impactful commercial and communication strategies including differentiated value proposition, consistent messaging, and differentiated positioning. * Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure appropriate implementation of commercial strategies. * Devise market research to support products, analyze sales and market trends, and synthesize results into relevant plans. * Create a portfolio of effective marketing tools, targeting Heart Teams as well as referrers and patients * Track competitive activities, proactively develop key marketing campaigns, and work closely with regional marketing partners to understand evolving and changing market dynamics. * Establish outstanding credibility with regional EW TMTT teams through product, procedural and market knowledge. #LI-LM1 #MI Our Requirements: A minimum of eight years marketing experience with solid business acumen, knowledge of medical device environment, and a proven track record of successful product launches is required. Interventional cardiology experience is strongly preferred. Prior experience working in or with international markets to commercialize medical devices is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate degree is preferred. * Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization in order to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. * Consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives with a track record of executional successes based on integrity. * Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans and deliver results with a specific emphasis on new product launches.
