As a senior member of the Global OpsX Team, you will be responsible for deeply understanding business challenges and working directly with different areas of the organization to create innovative solutions.

Re-designing global processes
Assessing the potential for automation & digitization across all Ops areas
Leading Global Projects
Creating optimal operating models and organization structures
Defining new KPIs and performance management rhythms
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze large data sets to arrive at insights and improvement opportunities
Understand business challenges to create innovative Global Solutions & Tools
Lead all phases of Global Solutions & Tools (design-to-implementation)
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to receive buy-in and support

This position reports to the "VP Global Transformation & Strategic Initiatives" and the position location is flexible between Dubai (UAE), Basel (CH), or Irvine (USA).
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working in Operations and / or managing complex projects
Basic understanding of enterprise Operations systems
Data analysis & process re-engineering
High proficiency with the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to think strategically and "see the forest through the trees"
Structured approach to problem solving + leading teams in problem solving
A continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
A keen eye for detail + very high quality deliverables
Ability to simplify complex topics into executive-level communications
Presence and level of comfort to present to senior audiences
Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization
Highly positive attitude and mindset
Proficient in English
WORK HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT
Normal working hours for this position will be per local regulations. Working beyond normal working hours may be required to cover business needs and during business travel.
Business Travel Expectations: 25 40%
