Since learning is considered a core part of the DNA at Indigo, the learning leadership team is closely linked to the strategy and operations of Indigo's core business. As a result, Indigo is building a highly strategic Learning leadership team. The Senior Manager, Future of Work role will span all functions at Indigo and will be a leader in creating and implementing a bold new vision for work. This role is based in our headquarters in Boston, MA. Specifically, this role will:

Build a mission and vision for "The Future of Work" at Indigo

  • Be a leading industry thought partner in reinventing work at scale including the People systems, processes, and methods by which people grow and develop at work

  • Build a movement at Indigo around the value of "Future of Work" and skills-based cultures

Design modern People systems and processes that inspire high performance and motivation at scale

  • Own skills maps, career paths, and supporting systems for all roles at Indigo

  • Create reporting, tools and processes that enable our people to understand the definition of high performance in their role

  • Build transparency into "project demand" across Indigo and design ways to match demand to talent

Implement solutions that make Indigo a world-class organization to develop professionally

  • Ensure all managers have the data, tools and skills to have conversations about career development with their teams

  • Ensure all of Indigo's people understand their existing skill sets and where they can develop over time

  • Takes abstract concepts and converts them into actionable, implementable pieces

  • Effective working cross-functionally with different stakeholders and teams

  • Experience in designing career ladders (or equivalent)

  • Excellent teamwork and communication

  • Hunger for exploring new technologies related to People and Learning (experience with modern HR technologies a plus)


  • 5+ years of work experience

  • Previous experience in industrial setting preferably with a science or biotech organization

  • Familiarity with HR tech space a plus

  • Expertise in modern People systems (non-technical) e.g. career maps/skills maps

  • Experience in reporting/data analytics w/ HR information systems

  • Has worked with clients or internally to implement internal corporate systems

  • Experience working in global role/company a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting into the Manager, Client & Media Services, the Senior Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for developing media recommendations and having a hands-on approach with activities associated with the planning and buying for both site direct and programmatic campaigns. This includes completing RFPs, evaluating and using any necessary syndicated research to help build rationale for the recommended media strategies, and developing and helping to deliver the media recommendation for assigned accounts. ABOUT THE TEAM Centro's Revenue Team consists of Digital Media Strategists/Associates, Ad Operations Specialists, and Campaign Performance Analysts. Together, they partner with the Client Development team to develop, execute, and analyze campaigns for Centro's agency and brand partners, while keeping Raving Fan service at the center of everything that they do. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, the latest Centro products and solutions, and ensure media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance * Execute both site direct and programmatic media buys * Monitor campaign performance and own all programmatic optimizations * Master an understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and social * Provide mentoring and guidance to Digital Media Associates and Digital Media Strategists, and work alongside an internal cross-functional team of campaign ads ops specialists, campaign performance analysts, and search and social specialists * Adopt and drive new processes or workflow modifications as introduced to ensure consistent and repeatable processes are used across regions * Actively participate in training programs as provided by Centro * Operate with a solutions-oriented approach and a high degree of client servicing * Ensure high levels of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention are delivered, while working hand-in-hand with their Manager and Client Development team members * Present media recommendations and participate in client facing activities as needed QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, including site direct and programmatic * A strong understanding of programmatic and RTB.
