Hybrid schedule: Our office teams have transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding any changes to our hybrid schedule will be communicated.

What you will be doing:

The Sr. Manager, Experience Planning, Media & Data Strategy will partner with brands to advise strategic experience planning brief including strategic target, jobs to be done, consumer journey and full-funnel activation strategy supporting the Wellness business. The Sr. Manager will lead Media AOR partnership for set brands ensuring experience plans deliver brand growth expectations and YOY ROAS improvements.

  • Own the development of communications plans across all channels including national media, retailer media, and DTC to ensure strategies and plans are grounded in strategic target consumer behavior and journeys that clearly reflect category / brand business objectives and drive sales / market share growth

  • Portfolio investment management across omni-channel media (e.g. DTC, National, Retail Media, Amazon)

  • Day to Day Leadership of strategic partnerships with key media partners that drive innovation, capabilities and measurable impact of our media spend

  • Primary point of contact for Media AOR on Wellness portfolio of brands

  • Support brand specific experience plan development and provide mentorship to the inter-agency teams

  • Lead a cross-functional team made up Digital Strategy, Creative AORs, PR, E-Commerce, Brand in the creation, activation and optimization of experience plans

  • Identification and implementation of reapplication opportunities across the portfolio

  • Ensure delivery of optimal media rates and performance through the establishment of critical metrics that are tied to the financial targets of the division

  • Work with Media AOR and JBP partners to develop annual learning agendas

  • Act as media point of contact for MMM and other 3rd party measurement

  • Collaborate with Regional Media Leads in the development and sharing of CHC standard processes

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Strong passion and emotional intelligence for consumers

  • Strategic and analytical thinking

  • Bias for action, driving strategic outcomes through influence, collaboration & organizational savviness

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience with relevant consumer insight background

  • Experienced multiple types of projects, including positioning, brand architecture, creative / messaging development and evaluation, innovation ideation, development, and evaluation, claims testing, segmentation, omni-channel consumer journey's, path to purchase, brand health tracking, etc.

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG and durable goods
