We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance in our Minnetonka, MN office.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and evaluate operational drivers to develop revenue and expense forecasts

  • Lead financial business support and reporting for business segments

  • Partner with operational teams to identify and execute initiatives to increase revenue

  • Advanced driver-based modeling and scenario analysis of various forecasts and business initiatives

  • Responsible for expense and headcount reporting/forecasting for the sales and marketing organization, which rolls up to weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts/operating plans

  • Develop KPI's and financial reports that are consolidated as part of the executive packages

  • Conduct market and benchmarking research to highlight cost savings/efficiency targets

  • Development relationships with VP-level business partners to support their business from a financial perspective

  • Manage, mentor and develop direct reports while providing individual contributions

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 7+ years of progressive Finance work experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with limited oversight

  • BA in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA would be a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Strong communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
