Title: Senior Manager

Duties: The Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will develop information systems analytics hypotheses and validate them based on analysis of client data; external research and communications with client teams.

Present findings to working-level client teams and help develop communications for senior management. Identify the right data sources required to inform relevant insights, metrics and understand key business trends. Import raw data from client data warehouses and databases into statistical analysis software.

Build a deep understanding of data required to execute analyses including studying data dictionaries or creating data dictionaries, establish reliability and relevance of data. Use visualization software, charts, tables and other tools to highlight key trends and recommendations. Perform data extraction, data understanding, variable reduction, Big Data processing, data analysis, model development, model stabilization and model validation using AWS Services, SAS, SPSS, R, HIVE, and Python.

Develop analysis, drive conclusions and reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms of presentation to team and client. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Salary: $169,229 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in computer applications, electronics/electrical engineering or a related computer/IT field plus 3 years of professional development and design experience in Big Data processing and analysis.

Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in computer applications, electronics/electrical engineering or a related computer/IT field plus 5 years of professional development and design experience in Big Data processing and analysis. Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Big Data analysis using Redshift, Spectrum, Glue, Athena, SAS, SPSS and R; (2) ETL, BI, SQL, and PLSQL for code building, data engineering and development; (3) AWS cloud and AWS services including S3, Lambda, API Gateway and EC2; (4) Coding using Python, Shell and Linux OS; (5) data modelling and data visualization; and (6) DevOps.
