Adobe's Field Communications organization is a highly leveraged group working cross-functionally with the company's senior field leadership and teams, as well with corporate functions such as global marketing, product business units, customer & employee experience, and finance.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Director of Field Communications, the Senior Manager, Executive Communications and Field Communications is responsible for providing communications support to Adobe's Vice President of Americas Sales, and for managing key field communications programs.
Responsible for the internal and external executive communications platform, strategies and programs for Adobe's Vice President of Americas Sales and, as needed, members of the executive sales leadership team.
Serve as the trusted communications advisor to the VP by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the organization, company, industry, and competition.
Manage communications platform to support the VP's written and verbal communications, such as internal organizational emails and All Hands meetings, as well as external customer meetings and industry event presentations.
Partner with the VP to provide sophisticated, ongoing speaker and communication coaching.
Prepare presentation materials for internal and external audiences, demonstrating understanding of complex technologies and market/competitive challenges, including the ability to distill them into clear, concise messaging.
Expand and refine the VP's external presence through thought leadership activities, including social media presence and bylined article content.
Lead key field communications programs, collaborating effectively with direct team members, as well as global stakeholders across the field organization, global marketing organization and product business units, such as:
Diversity & Inclusion communications initiative focused on Adobe's field organization
Field-facing communications focused on competitive intelligence and M&A activity
Communications for Americas sales organization presence at Adobe's annual worldwide sales conference
What you need to succeed
10+ years of executive communications, employee communications, and/or corporate communications experience;
College diploma or BA/BS degree in a related discipline;
Proven experience providing executive communications support to senior business leaders;
Strong understanding of enterprise software and sales in a communications practice;
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications abilities;
Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
Demonstrated strength in working with a variety of global, cross-functional teams;
Excellent creative and strategic thinking;
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities; and
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with global teams and cultures
