Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Media Strategy

Salary Range: $80,000.00- $100,000.00 OTE
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, creative, and solutions-oriented manager-level Strategist to join our Media Strategy team. This person will be responsible for developing inspiring, innovative, and strategic digital marketing campaigns for a small handful of enterprise accounts. This person will pave the way for future enterprise growth by establishing templates and processes for building our long term strategic partnerships with top clients. In this role, you will report to the Director of Media Strategy.

Qualifications
5+ years of media planning experience, enterprise level planning preferred
Advanced experience in developing strategic, creative, innovative, and effective proposals and marketing materials for an advertising sales team in an online media company or ad agency
Comfortable conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor strategies, providing insights to inform media planning
Self-motivator with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Highly creative and strategic; proactive; strong organizational skills; effective communicator
Proven track record of growing enterprise level books of business over time
Expert in MS PowerPoint- a must- and all other MS Office tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-departmentally and act as a subject matter expert for the department and the Enterprise business account(s)
Proactive mentality for finding unnoticed areas of improvement, both within the team and within the larger Kargo organization
Advanced Strategic Thinking
Enterprise Partnerships/Big Picture Planning
Strong connectivity to other teams/Strong representation of both Media Strategy and the enterprise client(s)
