The Senior Manager, will liaise with managers to develop and maintain electronic data systems that are appropriate for their business needs, integrated with other systems, and consistent with the information systems strategy. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of information systems professionals to ensure the organization's information systems strategy is implemented on time and within budget.
Manages the organization's information (electronic data) systems so that they function reliably
Meets the organization's business needs and use the organization's IT resources effectively.
Oversees the design, development, and testing of information systems.
Plans, prioritizes, and manages the implementation of system upgrades to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization's IT resources effectively.
Develops and implements a systems maintenance program to ensure the organization's systems function reliably.
Researches, evaluates, and recommends hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization's information systems.
Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of information systems professionals to ensure the organization's information systems strategy is implemented on time and within budget.
Schedules staff for daily operations and projects.
Manages conflict resolution for staff and management.
Planning of lifecycle management and policies.
Coordinates with customers and other enterprise teams to ensure proper delivery of server, storage, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure application support.
Performs performance review and employee documentation.
Meets routinely with senior management and Enterprise Architects to ensure appropriate budgetary planning for growth and lifecycle management.
Works closely with Cybersecurity team to ensure appropriate patch management and server security.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Eight (8) years of supervisory work experience in the Information Technology field.

Typical M-F work week.
May be required to work more than forty hours during the workweek or on weekends when special projects or deadlines need to be met
