We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Franchise Sales to grow our franchise sales team and help our Enterprise Account Executives bring the best national merchants across the United States and Canada onto DoorDash's platform.

Your job as a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Franchise Sales will have two central focuses. The first will be to support our enterprise sales team in making favorite national merchants available for delivery on DoorDash. The second will be to grow and train the franchise team to ensure that national sales goals are exceeded.

What you'll do

  • Grow the team source, interview, and hire top sales personnel.

  • Manage the pipeline of merchants in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, and closing

  • Develop - franchise specific strategies in existing and launch markets

  • Drive account strategies coordinate selling efforts across the team to execute highly strategic sales processes to win deals.

  • Scale learnings establish best practices for how to effectively manage a sales team and their book of business and develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to help increase your team's productivity

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage accordingly

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with your team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling into enterprise accounts at the C-level with a track record of being a top performer

  • 3+ years of sales management experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (Google Apps and Keynote are great as well!)

The role for the Enterprise Sales Manager is to own the full relationship of large enterprise prospects and customers. This includes running the full sales process for new prospects, as well as upselling and renewing those customers alongside Account Manager/Project Managers.
