We are currently searching for a Sr. Manager, Entegra Client Services Support. This role will work from a remote home office located in the continental United States. The ideal candidate will reside in the Southern region of the US., near a major airport.

The successful candidate will:

• Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of client relationships, including aligning cross functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, marketing to grow and retain assigned clients, expansion of the Web of Influence.

• Ensure the achievement of established financial targets through planning, implementation, and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall strategy of Entegra Procurement Services client relationships within a segment. This position brings all cross functional departments together to retain, grow and strategize growth in assigned clients.

• Support National Account Executives in preparation for quarterly business review meetings.

• Have industry knowledge of Golf club operations and procurement (Public & Private) to include but not limited to Agronomy, Pro Shop, Food & Beverage, Equipment and Clubhouse.

• Industry GPO experience is a plus.

• Over 5+ years expertise in Hospitality and Golf space

• Strong client facing skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Financial acumen.

• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of products (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to demonstrate results.

• Experience having owned the relationship with the client.
