Your role at Sephora:
As a Senior Manager of Sephora's Front End Engineering teams, you will be the leader for the customer facing development teams for desktop and mobile web. Reporting to the Director of Front-End Engineering, you will provide technical and career mentorship to enable productive motivated teams. In addition, you will:
Lead distributed teams of Front End Engineers in delivering new features for Sephora.com
Work closely with the Director of Front End Engineering to set and carry out strategy
Attract and develop engineers to continue to build out high performing teams
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners in Product Management, Design, QA and Project Management to maximize the teams' success
Inspire accountability for important metrics for delivery and performance

We're excited about you if you have:
5-7 years of experience in web technology with a successful history of launching highly effective projects for large transactional companies.
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams including people management experience with direct reports
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Direct experience with relevant disciplines such as accessibility, internationalization, a/b testing, and seo
Experience with automated testing for customer facing web applications a plus
Previous e-commerce application experience desired
Nice to have: Scrum master experience in agile teams, managing teams through agile transformation
