RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for planning and daily operations of the Early Phase Research Operations.

• Directly supervise clinical research staff assigned to Early Phase Operations in their function of administration of clinical trials.

• Oversee assurance of adherence to Research Protocols, SOPs,

• Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations.

• Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field of study

• a minimum of five years experience in healthcare, research, or science-related field is required.

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Employment, is preferred.

• Knowledge of FDA research regulatory requirements is required.

• Strong computer skills,

• excellent interpersonal skills,

• detail-oriented,

• ability to multi-task preferred.

• Self-starter and problem solver

• professional writing and communication skills.

• Valid Driver's License, I state of residency, for travel to clinics.

• Must comply with the Company's Driver's Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy.

• Must have clear driving record (no speeding tickets, suspended license or major traffic infractions) and appropriate levels of auto coverage.

• A Motor Vehicle check will be conducted post offer of employment.
