Our revenue team is dedicated to unlocking defensible and scalable demand through yield management, channel distribution, and direct marketing. We are the team responsible for top-line growth.


  • Negotiate and sign partnerships with key channel (i.e. travel management companies, online travel agencies etc.) and connectivity partners (i.e. channel managers, switches) with a focus on business travel.

  • Develop a perspective and framework around channel prioritization.

  • Be responsible for the end to end integration of a channel; ensuring that our content (i.e. availability, rates, inventory) is making it to the end consumer.

  • Guide the strategy and ops of bringing on a new channel to Sonder, requires cross-functional stakeholders collaboration (i.e. guest experience, yield management etc.)

  • Become an industry leader around hospitality channel distribution.

  • Ability to flex beyond distribution partnerships and into other B2B initiatives (i.e. enterprise sales, strategic partnerships etc.).


  • 7+ years driving business development at a hyper-growth tech company or distribution experience at an innovative travel company (OTAs, hotels etc.)

  • Undergraduate in a technical or analytical major (i.e. economics, finance, engineering, statistics) is preferred.

  • Ability to understand and project manage complex technical integrations.

  • Deep cross-functional project management skills; onboarding new demand channels takes coordination across several Sonder teams.


  • Experience driving towards business travel partners and consortia (Amex GBT, CWT, BCD etc.) and the GDS.
  • MBA from a top university.

We are looking for a Marketing Product Partnerships Manager to join our team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, activate third party partners, and be the representative of partner ecosystems to Facebook's product teams. This role will be primarily responsible for developing new programs and operating models to help democratize Facebook advertising for small businesses. You will make an impact on a global scale working with a team that solves big problems for Facebook's fastest growing advertising partner ecosystems.
