Our revenue team is dedicated to unlocking defensible and scalable demand through yield management, channel distribution, and direct marketing. We are the team responsible for top-line growth.
AT SONDER YOU WILL:
Negotiate and sign partnerships with key channel (i.e. travel management companies, online travel agencies etc.) and connectivity partners (i.e. channel managers, switches) with a focus on business travel.
Develop a perspective and framework around channel prioritization.
Be responsible for the end to end integration of a channel; ensuring that our content (i.e. availability, rates, inventory) is making it to the end consumer.
Guide the strategy and ops of bringing on a new channel to Sonder, requires cross-functional stakeholders collaboration (i.e. guest experience, yield management etc.)
Become an industry leader around hospitality channel distribution.
Ability to flex beyond distribution partnerships and into other B2B initiatives (i.e. enterprise sales, strategic partnerships etc.).
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
7+ years driving business development at a hyper-growth tech company or distribution experience at an innovative travel company (OTAs, hotels etc.)
Undergraduate in a technical or analytical major (i.e. economics, finance, engineering, statistics) is preferred.
Ability to understand and project manage complex technical integrations.
Deep cross-functional project management skills; onboarding new demand channels takes coordination across several Sonder teams.
