About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you'll be building performance, guiding media teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing large client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic advertising. You'll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and sustained growth.
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and bridging the gap between brand and demand media. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive brand and product awareness, speak to upper funnel strategy and measurement, and tie these results in with performance metrics.
Act as Account Strategist supporting the Account Lead across 1-3 of Performance.Monks largest B2B clients
Help to build, manage, and maintain the client relationship
Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and media planning for demand generation media teams
Analyze brand and upper funnel data, KPIs, and understand how that impacts performance media
Lead weekly discussions on optimizing performance media to back end metrics and core business objectives
Work with measurement and research teams to deliver industry insights and relevant performance based updates
Encourage expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth and bring innovative ideas to your clients to help achieve maximum growth
Collaborate with internal analytics team to create reporting dashboards that provide client insights and actionable optimization opportunities
ABOUT YOU
3+ years of multichannel marketing experience with B2B clients across paid search, paid social, display, OLV/CTV, ABM, and Content Syndication
Experience with B2B technology clients
Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels respective to brand and performance media goals
You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
'Strategic' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
Must be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast Hours
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Not a Must, but a Plus:
Directly managed paid search or social budgets of $250,000+ in monthly ad spend
Familiarity with planning tools such as MRI Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact, and Pathmatics
