The Consumer New Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from conceptualization to market launch. We are a highly motivated and collaborative team, looking for a leader with vision who has proven product development skills, relentless customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive vision and development of new marketing capabilities and revenue driving treatments based on an intimate knowledge of the customer, business and technology

  • Critical participant in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design

  • Integrate customer research, usability studies and market analysis into actionable product requirements

  • Understand business goals and customer needs, and identify creative ways to leverage capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs

  • Lead Consumer-wide critical initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development

  • Support technology prioritizing and planning process

  • Work closely with capabilities planning team to drive alignment towards a consolidated US Consumer Capabilities roadmap

  • Drive products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes

  • Write and prioritize features for new products and product enhancements, balancing the needs of customers and collaborators

  • Collaborate and negotiate with several internal partners, such as Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Web, Mobile and more to define and pivot product needs

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, has a strong attention to details and a can-do attitude and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business.

  • You are solution-oriented, results-driven, and show up with passion and enthusiasm.

  • Comfortable working in an innovative and fast-paced environment and can simultaneously drive multiple projects- you are a self-starter, organized, appreciate the details, and hold yourself accountable for delivery.

  • Strong end-user focus and understanding of customer empathy.

  • You make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information. You rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions using appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.

  • Curious with an Enterprise mentality - you connect the dots and you ask impactful questions. You are not consensus-driven; you thoughtfully, respectfully, and confidently challenge ideas you disagree with.

  • You have a positive attitude and maintain a sense of humor in the face of challenges and/or setbacks

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years' experience in product development or related function. Prior experience in lending, financial services or hi-tech domains preferred

  • Experience working with partners to ideate and define business features in Rally or a similar tool; prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations

  • Ability to manage technical, regulatory as well as communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives

  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders

  • Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development environment and on global products highly desired

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
