Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a US Remote-Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Demand Center and your expertise in digital marketing and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in achieving our organizational goals and creating a well-functioning demand generation machine.

The Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing will manage a high performing team of digital marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand awareness, drive ABM campaigns within our target consumer personas on a global scale, increase online traffic, and maximize conversion rates.

A critical focus for this leader will be driving paid and organic search strategies, working across teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence in the enterprise space. You will also lead analysis and reporting on digital performance, ensuring leadership and cross-functional counterparts are informed on performance, surfacing insight from our digital channels to support broader go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in web and digital marketing, working with international markets, launching digital ABM programs, exceptional communication skills, and strong analytical skills, using data to drive strategic decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategy Development: Oversee the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

  • Campaign Management: Play a key role in shaping the global campaigns and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, display marketing and more.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the performance of digital programs, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations. Regularly report on digital roadmap, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders across the organization through QBRs and similar forums.

  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

  • Technology Integration: Partner internally with Marketing Operations to deliver and improve digital data, analytics, and technology capabilities. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, and lead efforts to integrate innovative solutions to enhance our marketing efforts.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including campaigns, ABM, creative, content and product marketing to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing. Work cross-functionally with regional marketers to adapt the global strategy for specific market needs and drive optimal business results.

  • Agency Management: Manage agency team resources to ensure strategic guidance meets team expectations. Own relationships with media partners and advertising account teams to get the most value from our partnerships.

  • Website Marketing: Work with corporate team on our website to have a seamless digital experience that is continuously optimized for conversion.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple activities/projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing digital landscape.

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B enterprises.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extensive experience in digital planning and strategy, media execution, and ad operations.

  • Experience managing a complex, global budget.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Data driven, continually using insights to inform and optimize channels.

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Cross-culturally aware and sensitive to working with global teams.

  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, Linked Ad, PowerPoint
