Job Description:

The Digital Experiences Platforms team currently seeks a dynamic, visionary, and tech-savvy leader to join our team as the Senior Manager, Digital Experiences (DX) GenAI Platforms.

In this pivotal role, you will lead our GenAI Platform services to strategically serve Corporate, MGS, and all business segments. You will be working closely with several senior leaders across our organization to drive strategic vision and technical excellence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our GenAI platforms, from incubation to scaling, ensuring value creation and alignment with business goals

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, etc.) is preferred.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in AI/ML, and at least 1+ year experience in Generative AI would be a plus.

• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong track record of delivering successful AI and or GenAI projects (including LangChain and RAG implementations)

• Deep understanding of GenAI techniques, including GANs, Transformer Models, Diffusion Models, and Self-Supervised Learning.

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugginggface transformers).

• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Visionary mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.

• Strong collaboration skills, partnering with segment representatives, external technology vendors, and suppliers.

• Strong storytelling and communication skills.

• Strong problem analysis, negotiating, and influencing skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• GenAI Technology Strategist: Develop and execute the strategic vision for Mars GenAI platforms to serve Corporate, MGS, and all business segments. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI and integrate relevant technologies/approaches to the GenAI Platform. Provide thought leadership and guidance on GenAI trends and best practices.

• Incubation to Scale: Lead the incubation of GenAI initiatives/use cases, transforming innovative ideas into scalable solutions. Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of GenAI platforms within our cloud infrastructure with necessary capabilities like MLOps and LLMOps. Ensure robust architecture, performance, and security of GenAI platforms.

• Ownership of GenAI Platform: Take full ownership of Mars GenAI platform lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. Manage platform and product timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress to senior leaders, addressing any issues or risks.

• Value Creation Trailblazer: Identify opportunities for leveraging GenAI to solve complex business challenges. Drive research and experimentation to explore new capabilities and applications within the area. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish performance metrics and KPIs for GenAI initiatives. Regularly report on the progress, outcomes, and value generated by AI projects to senior stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leaders to ensure alignment of GenAI efforts with business objectives. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments. Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on AI initiatives.

• Collaboration with Other Technology Teams: Partner with product, engineering, and other technology teams to integrate GenAI solutions. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of GenAI initiatives. Promote a cohesive approach to technology development and innovation.
