Senior Manager Data Analytics
The Senior Manager Data Analytics is responsible to deliver insight and opportunity from business strategy with the use of data analytics. This includes the collaboration with stakeholders to understand data needs, creation and maintenance of data engineering and reporting in support of analytics, and the implementation of tools and practices to foster data-driven decisions.
You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
Manages daily activities of team responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of data solutions; including pipelines, data warehouse and visualization
Work with internal and external business partners to determine analytical goals
Actively participate in the design and architecture process for data analytics
Pursue opportunities to improve overall analytics practices and policies
Guide organization in building a strong data engineering culture
Prepare and maintain project plans for project sponsors and business stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
7+ years of data engineering experience for analytics purposes
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams building analytics solutions
Demonstrated knowledge in database warehouse design
Experience with SQL
Experience with reporting/visualization tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer-first and results-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Experience with Informatica
Experience with cloud solutions; GCP a plus
Experience with Power BI
Exposure to Web Services
Exposure to AI/ML
