Apply now for the position of Senior Manager, Customer Engagement and you will join our Ultrasound team based in Issaquah, WA contributing to improving our customers experiences when they attend one of our global Innovation Centers or when they attend one of our North America ultrasound tradeshows. This role will make a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.

This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role:

  • Lead the planning and execution of key customer visits to Siemens Healthineers facilities globally.

  • Ensuring our Siemens Healthineers Customer Experience and Innovation Centers (sites customers visit) provide a consistent experience for our customers globally. This will include completing development of the innovation centers as well as working with franchise and regional partners to develop content.

  • Working with regions to identify key customers and curate experiences that highlight how Siemens Healthineers is innovating our solutions to address their specific needs.

  • Planning customer visits including agenda, content, attendees, and logistics.

  • Partnering with our Siemens Healthineers internal business partners to ensure ultrasound is represented in global customer experience centers not dedicated to ultrasound.

  • Creating strategies and plans to incorporate ultrasound into the international tradeshow experiences for customers.

  • Leading North America ultrasound tradeshows for planning, content, and logistics.

Your Expertise:

  • Understanding of customers and their imaging needs and how Siemens Healthineers ultrasound can address those needs through systems, software, service, and commercial solutions.

  • The ability to create dynamic and memorable customer experiences in physical settings such as headquarter and manufacturing tours and large tradeshows.

  • Partnering with sales to tailor presentations and engagement to build trust and partnership with customers around the globe.

  • Working with established corporate brand teams to ensure ultrasound solutions are supporting the brand and complementing the larger strategic offerings.

  • Working with global teams across cultures and time zones to collaborate for the best customer experiences.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of congress, meeting and event planning for large customers bases.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage the planning and execution of multiple initiatives.

  • Ability to travel 20% - 40%.

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
