We're looking for

The Senior Manger, CRM/Loyalty Marketing will be responsible for planning, directing, leading and coordinating customer focused marketing activities for the Rue Gilt Groupe brand to maximize brand image, equity and profitability. He/She will elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of Rue Gilt Groupe's customer growth, and retention and loyalty initiatives to drive quality buyers and support the overall growth of the business. The successful candidate will bring a blend of art and science to drive member centric programs.

What you'll accomplish...

  • Design, test and execute customer focused campaigns using product- and activity-based purchase triggers, segmentation and personalization rules to drive buyer behavior through the utilization of email, on-site, mobile and social channels

  • Direct audience segmentation, queries, selection and creation

  • Take a Marketing strategy and develop an executional program to be implemented across all areas of the company including creative, production, and product/tech

  • Develop business cases and forecasts for new and evolving programs and tactics to support resource and budget needs

  • Measure campaign effectiveness, analyzing continuously for optimization

  • Manage ad hoc marketing programs across the organization to support special projects and seasonal campaigns

  • Develop, implement and optimize a consistent testing strategy

  • Continually and consistently develop, optimize and improve current testing programs (includes budget management, creative development, continual creative testing, ongoing measurement and optimization)

  • Continually and consistently analyze, develop and optimize audience segments to ensure relevant messaging and maximize sales and retention

  • Continually and consistently be developing, testing and optimizing creative based on analysis and findings

THE RIGHT FIT:

You have

  • Ecommerce experience preferred required on agency or client side

  • 3 to 5 years of Digital/online marketing, campaign development and management consumer acquisition or retention

  • Ability to drive digital strategic thinking, marketing and business growth across a complex organization

  • Extensive analytics capabilities including database marketing, market and competitive research, and some financial analysis

  • Experience in managing external relationships with partners and vendors.

  • Ability to influence the decision making of diverse, high level stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with strong project management skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Experience applying principles of logical, scientific or mathematical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

  • Experience creating customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies, and building business cases to show business impacts for those opportunities

  • Ability to manage both large and small projects, simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and flawless execution
