Senior Manager, CRM Marketing

Lead growth strategy and execution focused on engagement through Direct Sales Outreach. Work cross-functionally with leads from Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to create and optimize cross-channel campaigns and engagement tactics that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM activities across online and offline activities
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to determine highly measurable activation/retention focused programs pinpointing specific business goals
  • Drive segmentation and customer journey for Marketing and Sales initiatives based on strategic Marketing objectives
  • Develop and manage B2B outreach campaigns to generate inbound leads
  • Align Marketing Campaigns with Sales Development Teams outreach plan and manage lists accordingly
  • Track and report CRM performance: support Sales Development Team through ongoing tracking and analysis of lead segmentation, lead sources, and response rates
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Operations to report on KPIs and adjust plans to hit company targets
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity
  • Manage relationship with Data Vendors
  • Drive continuous innovation and fast experimentation in CRM, including testing methodology, measurement, tools, and more

Qualifications

  • success in CRM Marketing; B2B-specific experience
  • Deep understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs
  • Experience and deep understanding of segmentation strategy and behavioral
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable extracting data into opportunities for optimization
  • Understanding of basic HTML and excel
  • Extremely organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
  • Managerial experience a plus

About the Job: In this role, you will assist the local and senior management team in the communication and planning of all marketing offline/online campaigns as well as supporting the sales teams activities in order to drive revenue, and grow loyalty of all QR products to all major accounts and targeted audiences, in accordance with agreed business plans. Deliver collateral, giveaways and content to account managers as required for their selling activities. * Provide support to the marketing team in their administrative requirements for building campaigns and creatives * Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team as required * Support Regional PR Manager in events and marketing deliverables About You: Job Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing/brand/product experience * Strong project management and communication skills * Preferred CRM, digital or agency background * Knowledgeable in marketing analytics, including CRM campaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digital advertising metrics and return on investment * Previous experience identifying, creating and tracking brand campaigns for target audience * Previous experience with technologies, creative services, agencies and best practices across multiple platforms * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Outlook * Preferred knowledge of Adobe Suite, Newsletter/Publisher software, and CRM database management * Team player across channels and departments * Active listener and driver of results * A plus if you speak French, but not required .
