Location
NHQPurpose
Responsible for overseeing the performance analytics of CRM campaigns and implementing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency. Additionally, provide support to the team in all aspects related to data, serving as the subject matter expert for databases and applications
Major Responsibilities
Lead all activities on campaign segmentation, journey development, deployment, and analytics reporting through Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Lead CRM campaign strategic planning, providing direction to agency partners on HMA customer data handling processes.

Lead the development and implementation of the segmentation strategy and operational processes.

Closely work with agency partners and internal teams to build In Market, Look-a-Like, and Next Vehicle models.

Track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and provide optimization opportunities.

Oversee leads and hand raisers throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup to reporting.

Manage on-boarding of new agency partners through vigorous HMA Data and Privacy process.

Create efficiencies by championing campaign automation/campaign journeys.

Manage multiple list providers to identify optimal conquest audience for Vehicle Launches and Sales Events.

Provide requirements and roadmap to IT and partners to enhance analytics reports for timely insights.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
Act as the primary liaison between the agency and the IT department, addressing any technical, data, or application-related concerns.

Guarantee optimal utilization of available applications and data by the agency.

Serve as the Data subject matter expert for the department
Authority
This position has common manager-level authority defined by HMA HR/Finance policy.

Employment decision-making abilities in designated area of responsibility.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor's degree preferred~ Master's degree a plus

Related Experience
Eight or more years of overall experience.

Three or more years of experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Five or more years of experience on Database Models.

Five or more years of experience on Reporting tools.

Five or more years of database marketing experience.

Five or more years of related automotive experience is preferred.

Agency and/or vendor experience is helpful.
Skills/Knowledge
Heavy emphasis on interpersonal relationship skills, analytical skills, written and oral communication skills and leadership skills.

Basic computer skills and effective time management skills.
