Cycle seeks a Senior Manager with influencer experience that truly understands the social landscape and has a passion for influencers. The right candidate will oversee influencer campaigns, manage project leads and build meaningful client relationships. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a streamlined and effective execution of projects. They will use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful influencer campaigns, in line with schedule and budget.

Successful candidates will lead campaigns and act as a trusted resource for clients and internal team members. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Description

  • Serve as the influencer expert and a primary client contact, building strong and trusted relationships, co-leading meetings, participating in thought leadership and education
  • Execute successful influencer campaigns concurrently with varying budgets, objectives, influencers and creative
  • Establish strong and trusting client and talent relationships
  • Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive impactful results against client goals
  • Source, vet and contract influencer talent, including at the celebrity level
  • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate with talent and agents
  • Partner with internal teams to understand client objectives, strategies, and goals; provide guidance on creative and talent recommendations, pricing, and internal requirements
  • Facilitate communication between all departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, and Executive Leadership)
  • Efficiently manage deliverable timelines and budgets
  • Prepare and present project reporting and recap decks, analyzing performance relative to the campaign objectives and providing actionable recommendations based on performance data
  • Strong understanding of reporting, measurement and able to develop and present a compelling store around campaign performance/ROI
  • Management of 1-2 direct reports
  • Competitively price out deliverables for RFPs, including exclusivity and usage that are customized for client priorities
  • Provide clients with real-time organic and paid optimization recommendations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the changing social landscape and industry trends and technologies
  • Proactively provide recommendations and solutions to client asks, questions or issue
  • Willingness to think outside the box and have fun!

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing clients/accounts and executing influencer and creator campaigns
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills with cross functional teams and senior clients both, verbal and written
  • Ability to fully own projects through strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of creator marketing space with focus on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and other developing platforms.
  • Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
  • Proven ability to proactively present strategic counsel to client teams
  • Unparalleled commitment to excellence — working non-standard hours when necessary, travel as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
  • Curiosity and passion about social and the influencer landscape
  • Proactive thinker and solution oriented
  • QSR experience is a bonus

Base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the

company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
