Job Requirements:
8 years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, community relations, philanthropy, or similar roles within a Corporate or Government industry.
5 years of leadership and management experience in Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, community relations, philanthropy, or similar roles within medium to large organizations.
Residing in Madison, WI or surrounding areas. Required attendance to various community events on evenings/weekends
Experience in effectively leading, developing, and promoting talent
Demonstrated experience effectively working collaboratively across the nonprofits, private and public sectors.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Demonstrated experience, skills and knowledge in racial equity, community engagement and leadership development.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with a board of directors, C-suite executives and key public officials
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a large budget.
Demonstrated experience in increasing employee volunteerism and giving back
Experience in managing a diverse and creative group of individuals and effectively leading change.
Demonstrated ability to translate TruStage's vision and strategy and galvanize teams to execute.
Experience in enterprise-wide strategic planning and implementation related to community engagement and employee engagement.
A successful track record in implementing strategy-wide, setting priorities, and managing multiple projects to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Strategic, enterprise-minded thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to drive team excellence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly and work effectively as a member of a team.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience with external, executive and internal communications as well as project/event management.
Ability to establish and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals.
Can operate at multiple levels - can operate at a strategic big picture level and has the curiosity to understand, coach and manage the fine details.
Ability to coach and support senior leaders as spokespersons and to provide staff leadership and supervision.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
