The Senior Manager, Contract Accounts will support Beachbody operations by working closely with manufacturing partners. This individual will work closely with internal and external functional groups including Global Supply Chain, Research and Development and Quality Assurance.

He/She will be responsible for ensuring Beachbody POs are scheduled, produced and packaged by required due dates to meet internal inventory requirements. This individual will assist in managing and improving performance of Beachbody and our partners through oversight and management of Key Performance Indicators including, but not limited to Delivery Performance, Yield Loss, CAPAs, Audit Performance and Inventory Accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement methodologies and tools for scheduling and tracking production at manufacturing sites, reporting adherence to agreed upon plans, documenting deviations from plan and driving accountability for results across both parties.

Assure control of company assets at manufacturing sites, including but not limited to raw & packaging material inventory, equipment, and intellectual property.

Identify, propose, and implement cost savings projects such as reducing material losses, reducing labor per unit, and optimizing working capital

Assure implementation of process and packaging requirements at Manufacturing Facilities

Facilitate communications between BB functional areas and Manufacturing Facilities

Provide information and data as needed to BB functional areas and leadership

Monitors and supports quality systems (per Beachbody QAP)

Conduct and review CAPAs, as required

Assist in qualifying new Manufacturing Facilities

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field

EXPERIENCE:

Advanced Level 8 to 12 years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years working in Consumer Goods Manufacturing Environment

Supply Chain, or Food Supply Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering preferred

Lean Manufacturing Background (training & execution)

Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (power user), Access and Word

Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, and also able to see the big picture

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible team player who is looking to thrive in a fast-growing and often-times uncertain environment

Responsibilities The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for managing, planning and directing the workflow, daily operations, and continual development of systems and processes of the Accounts Payable Department. ln this role, you will maintain the standards of excellence set forth in the department. You will communicate and solve complex problems with other departments, managers, employees, auditors and outside agencies. This role will manage a team of six and will reside at The Aerospace Corporation's corporate office in El Segundo, CA. Key Functions * Manage, plan and direct the workflow and daily operations of all functions of the A/P Department * Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for all vendors and employee reimbursements * Responsible for processing of vendor invoices, recurring payments, reimbursements, and ACH, and wires * Responsible for month end and year end close/accruals * Responsible for processing and reporting of 1099 forms * Review reconciliations of A/P accounts and develop internal controls for accounting procedures that ensure accurate posting of A/P related transactions * Identify A/P related system processing issues and develop a workable solution * Maintain communication and resolve problems with other corporate departments, managers, employees, auditors and various outside agencies * Continually evaluate and monitor internal control processes and procedures to improve productivity and effectiveness * Identify areas for opportunities to streamline processes by continually reviewing how work is performed and implement appropriate changes * Serve as a resource to staff, department heads and others for interpreting policies, procedures and regulations relating to A/P * Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) and SAP Financial Systems SAP on upgrades and testing * Maintain standards of excellence and standardization of A/P processes, including benchmarking and performance evaluations * Participate in development, implementation of projects, tasks and/or initiatives that align with management's goals * Manage training and development of the technical skills of the A/P team Qualifications Required * Minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in Accounts Payable * Five years of experience leading or directing and developing departmental staff * Effective written and oral communications skills * Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management * Ability to build partnerships with various departments * Ability to manage, monitor and oversee implemented internal controls which ensure compliance of corporate policies and established procedures * The ability to interact with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audits * Experience as a functional SAP user or similar ERP tools * Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word and Power Point) Preferred * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business field * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation * Experienced functional user of ReadSoft (A/P automated tool) or other automated A/P systems * Experience with system implementation and/or process improvements Transcript Requirement Required The Aerospace Corporation El Segundo CA
