Position Overview

Caliber is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Consumer Insights. This pivotal role will be instrumental in transforming data and insights into compelling recommendations, to guide and measure business strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of marketing research, data analysis, and storytelling, coupled with a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Insights:

• Lead all aspects of market research including survey design, data analysis and reporting to gather actionable insights on consumer attitudes and behavior, operations process-effectiveness, and the competitive landscape.

• Manage the research agenda for each line of business. Identify priorities, create studies, gather data, analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate data-driven narratives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting:

• Create cross-functional partnerships through the organization, helping to convey insights and recommend actions and research-based next steps.

• Regularly provide updates to key stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

• Ensure complex data is translated into understandable and impactful messages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business, Statistics, Marketing Research, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in market research, insights, or a related field.

• Proficiency in managing the design, execution, and implementation of a range of quantitative market research methodologies, including attitude and usage studies and in-market testing, as well as experience with advanced analytic techniques such as Discrete Choice Modeling/Conjoint.

• Proficiency with market research and analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, Excel, Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

• Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation-generation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional leadership.
