We are seeking an agile Compensation Senior Manager to join our team of Total Rewards professionals, focused on supporting a growing organization with over 6800 associates. The ideal candidate will help to drive continuous process improvements in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency with the Total Rewards philosophy and alignment with overall strategic objectives. This role will lead the Compensation team, and work closely with the HRBP team and business leaders to provide end-to-end Compensation support. If you are comfortable with change and passionate about compensation and supporting associates in achieving goals, you should consider joining our team and report directly to the Director of HR Operations.

This position will be a hybrid position working twice per month from our Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Houston, TX; Lenexa, KS; or Springfield, MO offices.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentive plans with both broad based and executive compensation.

  • Integrate compensation programs with performance management systems to reward high performers and align rewards with individual and organizational performance goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine compensation programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance in attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.

  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance as needed to assigned client groups

  • Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance

  • Develops and/or oversees development and delivery of curated training and tools as needed to ensure understanding of the company's Total Rewards philosophy, strategy and offerings

  • Reviews requests for job analysis, including requests for new job titles or changes to existing job descriptions such as grade or FLSA changes and provides guidance to Analyst(s) as needed

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation.

  • 3+ years as a leader in Compensation, Total Rewards or a Human Resource function.

  • Experience working in a publicly traded company.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • CCP and/or PHR certification.

  • Executive compensation support.

  • Sales compensation design.
