The Agent Product team at Zillow Group is a group of highly driven individuals who are energized by finding and delivering on new growth initiatives. Sitting within the Premier Agent business, the team is focused on innovating and capitalizing on opportunities to deliver the next billion dollars in Zillow Group revenue. We think broadly about what's coming over the horizon and what Zillow should be doing, then we get laser focused on a small number of projects to deliver step changes in Zillow Group revenue. About the role

Zillow's mission is to build the world's most trusted and vibrant home related marketplace. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an analytical leader to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in our largest business unit, Premier Agent. The Premier Agent business connects consumers who are looking to buy or sell homes with real estate agents who can help them do so. This leader will work across the product life cycle, from ideation to pilot to development to launch and beyond, to improve the way we do this across the Zillow Group brands and to generate better outcomes for our consumers and agents.

As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a highly analytical individual contributor capable of leading commercialization of new products for our largest business unit. This is a highly visible position responsible for identifying and delivering creative revenue opportunities to fuel Zillow's continued growth. Your primary responsibility will be to commercialize and scale existing revenue product concepts that have been incubated by the Zillow product organization. At various times this will involve developing a deep understanding of the current product offering, quickly developing strong intuition around the needs of Zillow's B2B advertisers, building a quantitative perspective of the value Zillow's products will deliver to them, creating pricing strategies, developing an over-arching product and launch plan, and executing product launches to drive revenue growth.

  • Conduct thoughtful analysis to determine the packaging and unit of sale to give new products the highest likelihood of success

  • Build a thorough, quantitative perspective on the unit economics of new product offerings, both at launch and at scale

  • Identify resources required to provide exceptional customer experiences and outcomes for new products

  • Scope the correct success metrics and drive continued management against your KPIs

  • Launch new B2B revenue products

  • Lead the continued iteration and improvement of products after launch

  • Position products to succeed at scale, not just at pilot

  • Tackle uncertainty and overcome obstacles to make projects succeed

  • Identify, remove and actively prevent roadblocks across teams to meet project landmarks and business goals

  • Work harmoniously across numerous teams and departments to push major projects forward in a highly-matrixed organization

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience at a best-in-class management consulting firm or similar strategic experience, with 4+ additional years of experience driving revenue at rapidly growing companies

  • Keen analytical and quantitative skills: Are numbers your friends? Do you have trouble imagining life without Excel?

  • Pragmatic strategist: Are you a good judge of what's going to work IRL, not just in a PowerPoint deck?

  • Great business, product and customer intuition: Can you merge data-driven insights, a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to push us toward the right outcome?

This role will provide leadership and oversight of the Global Cell Therapy Product Quality programs, from early clinical development phase through commercialization and entire lifecycle. This role will develop the strategy to proactively minimize product quality risks during product development, technology transfer, and commercial operations. This role is also accountable for the oversight of Cell Therapy Quality Control operations at contract manufacturing and testing organizations on behalf of Celgene. This individual is a member of the Global Cell Therapy Quality Leadership team, and will play a key role to enable an efficient communication and decision making related to the product quality aspects across the product teams, manufacturing sites and global Cell Therapy functions. This role is stationed in Seattle WA and reports to the Vice President, Global Cell Therapy Quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide leadership and establish a robust Product Quality program in support of Celgene's cell therapy product portfolio * Provide support to the Product Quality Leads (PQL) during the development of the overall product quality plans based on Product Development Team objectives, regulatory commitments, and process and product monitoring KPIs * Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting global regulations, guidelines and internal procedures to assure continued compliance during product development through commercialization phase * Represent Product Quality programs in CMC meetings with global regulatory agencies and during regulatory inspections * Advise product teams on quality compliance requirements during product launch * Partner with Analytical Development and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive test method lifecycle in support of raw materials, viral vectors and cellular therapy drug products testing; identify method optimization and automation opportunities to enhance the productivity and reduce the cost of product testing * Provide direction and oversee the validation of the test methods for viral vectors and cellular therapy products in support of global regulatory filings; ensure compliance with the applicable ICH and global regulatory requirements * Develop the strategy and internal requirements for establishing effective and compliant stability programs for Celgene's cell therapy products, intermediates and critical raw materials * Provide oversight of cell therapy QC operations at contract manufacturing and testing organizations on behalf of Celgene; ensure timely issuance of CoA in support of lot disposition * Build the capability to ensure robust supply of critical assay reagents across the global network of testing labs * Collaborate with other leaders across the organization and assist in the continuous improvement and lifecycle management of GMP operations, including providing guidance and direction for transitioning from clinical to commercial phase * Provide leadership and build an exceptional team to manage the Quality CMC & Commercialization functions, including hiring, mentoring and developing personnel * Develop departmental goals and ensure timely completion of all deliverables * Champion and foster a positive and quality compliance culture * Establish and effectively manage the CMC & Commercialization Quality annual operating budget QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * BS/MS in relevant Science or Engineering discipline with 15+ years of experience within a regulated (GMP) biopharmaceutical, cellular therapy, or gene therapy organization; at minimum 5 years of people management experience * Expertise in GMP compliance, global regulations and strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development lifecycle are required; proficiency with cGMP/ICH/USP/FDA/EU guidelines and regulations for vector and cellular therapy drug products is preferred * Experience with review of market applications, IND, supplements or similar regulatory documentation is required * Experience with developing and implementing robust Product Quality programs in a matrixed-organization is required * Experience with acting as CMC and/or Product Quality subject matter expert during regulatory inspections is preferred * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships * Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills * Demonstrated excellence in managing, mentoring, and developing staff of varying levels * Ability to work effectively at a fast pace * Demonstrated ability in decision making and problem solving is required * Proven leadership ability to carry out difficult decisions in a logical, rational manner, and demonstrated ability to work as a senior management team member and to engage and influence team members in a matrixed environment Juno Therapeutics Seattle WA
