  • Responsibility to understand all facets of assigned programs and projects and should be able to consider client and Conduent issues at a strategic level

  • Responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of client relationship and programs

  • Ensure that client program goals and satisfaction levels are met

  • Oversee all activities and communication internally and externally act as single point of contact for Client

  • Make recommendations on how to raise the level of Conduent's service to our clients via process, people or technology capabilities

Internal Partners:

  • Predominantly Works with Program Managers, Operations team, Sr. Leadership, Project Manager, HR and IT

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Listen to all client requirements, needs and concerns and make efforts to alleviate them within contractual and organizational guidelines

  • Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations

  • Direct or indirect management of individuals

  • Oversee the designing and analyzing of reports in order to track trends and make strategic recommendations

  • Responsible for managing client expectations, internal/external deliverables, and project timelines

  • Oversee the management and coordination of tasks assigned to sales, operations, systems, training etc., within appropriate timelines

  • Oversee client invoicing and budgeting in coordination with Client Partner and Operations Lead

  • Assume SEA submission responsibility (specific to Pfizer)

You can handle tight timelines, work well under pressure and you know how to prioritize to get the most important stuff done first. You develop strong relationships with clients and across the organization and are able to influence others with your insights.

You'll Need to Have (Experience, Education, Certifications):

  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare experience required

  • Experience with implementation and management of large Patient Assistance and Hub programs extremely helpful

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required

  • 9+ years related work experience

  • Superior client management experience with experience offering customized solutions and managing implementations for ongoing success

  • Project Management experience beneficial

  • Analyzed quantitative data and written reports -- Ideally, operational data

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

  • Prepared presentations and visual data displays for performance indicators

  • Ability to strategize at a high level and implement analytical reports

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage a cross-functional client driven team

  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills with ability to quickly engage and build strong relationships

Duties and Responsibilities: * Own Remedy queue monitoring and incident and problem reporting for management and assign and prioritize tickets to appropriate Configuration Management/Asset Management (CM/AM) resources for ticket resolution and verifies correct routing of tickets and re-routes incorrectly routed tickets. Drives tickets to closure and takes charge of resolution activities. * Monitor ticket updates to ensure CM/AM team members are providing accurate and timely updates to assigned tickets. * Work with the MSC Global Service Desk to respond to major incidents quickly and effectively. * Assist with assembling ticket resolution teams, coordinate ticket resolution activities with CM/AM auditors. * Analyze and coordinate with other departments supporting the project for responses and troubleshooting activities on critical/high incidents. * Maintain proper ticket status for all tickets within defined queues. * Document resolution activities including tasks such as end-user communications, interactions with end-user, and ticket closure. * Verify ship's inventory and Approved Equipment List (AEL) against new equipment request and provide PM Liaisons with accurate reports to facilitate informed decisions on requests from the ships. * Work with project technicians teams to ensure proper asset documentation is received * Update Configuration Management Database Administrator with copies of all asset documentation as needed to maintain accurate recordkeeping. * Maintain printed and electronic copies of all asset documentation in established filing systems. * Assist Configuration Manager with maintaining CM Department SharePoint site and electronic records archive. * Participate in weekly support meetings to address outstanding issues and other on-going tasks. * Provide regular performance feedback to management. * Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Ability to communicate effectively (orally, graphically, and in writing) with our government customer to facilitate the successful completion of assigned tasks and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Strong organizational, management, analytical, and math skills needed. Must be customer focused. Reports to the Configuration Management Department Head Secret clearance is required. DOD 8570 IAT level II certification is required.
