We are looking for a Senior Manager, Client Analytics to help all B2B marketing, sales, and agency resources to gain insights on performance and maximize return on ad spend. This role will be a storyteller, with superior stills at using data visualization tools that lay out that story. Will bring report automation, data visualization, and website analytics to best in class. Reporting to the VP, CRM & Data Analytics, this individual will primarily partner with B2B marketing leaders, in addition to partnering with sales, client engagement, and agency leaders for all analytics and reporting needs.
A Day in the Life…..
You will be responsible to the leadership, growth & development, and prioritization of analytics resources that focus on the B2B and client-side analytics needs. You will be the main point of contact for all requests, as well as the point of contact with consumer side and sales operation resources
You will be responsible for the strategic vision of client reporting and management of the B2B Tableau environment, including the standardization of visualizations, creating self-service, and training teams to maximize resources
You will lead client performance analytics, encompassing client segmentation expansion, account management support, client health metrics, and client churn modeling
You will serve as the key partner for the agency team on Google Analytics and building out best-in-class agency reporting and analytics. Leading the segmenting of 1st party audience data and doing attribution modeling for improved client spend recommendations will be a high priority
You will unify the B2B marketing channel reporting and performance evaluation of client marketing (lead generation / branding) spend across all departments
You will partner with leaders on building out business cases and support for new products, including market sizing and modeling.
What We Need From You….
10+ years of experience of analytics and data visualization experience
5+ years working with marketing leaders to maximize ad spend
Advanced Google Analytics (or similar tool) & Tableau skills
Experience training others to maximize online website analytics tools and Tableau
Proven ability to bring reporting innovation to teams and building best-in-class analytics teams
Experience with media mix modeling or multi-touch attribution
Experience with first party data audience segmentation and matching audiences to products
Preferred Experience
B2B Marketing or Agency side experience
Experience building predictive models for spend optimization and churn
