Who You Are
A Senior Manager, Business Optimization position for Profit Recovery Partners is an individual with a passion for the consulting industry. You are responsible for all aspects of the work product related to new billable savings projects, including discovery, strategy, negotiations, implementation, and savings confirmation. With some input from the Practice Group Director, you own the execution of the savings strategies developed for each of their client projects, drive cost savings, and drive client and vendor engagements. As the Senior Manager, you will utilize creative thinking to develop solutions for large enterprise clients and seek out and collaborate with Client Relationship Teams new revenue opportunities with their existing client base.
What You Will Do:
Drive results and growth; own client and analysis projects within your subject matter area
Achieve credibility with clients as the subject matter expert on consulting projects
Quality control all analytics and strategy presentations
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
Work directly with vendor partners to negotiate best-in-class win-win agreements on behalf of clients
Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports responsible for their own projects from start to finish and assisting with analysis, work product creation and client presentation support
Contributes to P&L management
Utilize creative thinking in creating solutions for large enterprise clients
Understand industry trends within your area(s) of expertise
Complete additional duties as required
Qualifications
What You Need:
Strong experience with analysis of data through MS Excel
BA/BS Degree with a minimum 7-10 years of vendor management, project management, consulting or other related experience
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous/open ended business challenges
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively and to write structured and compelling messages
Attention to detail with quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated capacity to solve problems and enhance reporting
Proven ability to deliver results
Strong relationship skills and ability to build alignment among customers and key stakeholders with demonstrated experience influencing without authority
Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude
Project management experience a plus
Ability to use project management software to manage deliverables such as Smartsheet and Project Management CRM strategies

The salary range for this position is: $104,540.00 - $120,569.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
