The Manufacturing Manager will provide leadership to a team of people managers at the Little Rock facility. Overall responsibility for EHS, Quality, Cost and manpower planning, with the purpose of meeting productivity and operating targets.
Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
Team management of salaried employees.
Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes.
Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
Develops annual plan for own unit and delivers data for the programs of encompassing units in the function or in the business and midterm plans
Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Operation Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
