As the Senior Manager, Audience Product and Technology, you will develop and maintain systems, tools, processes and products that comprise Audience Targeting for the entire Healthgrades enterprise.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain our DMP (currently Krux / Salesforce DMP)

  • Develop, maintain and optimize audience segments for direct-sold and mission-critical supporting ad products and targeting

  • Manage the distribution of audience segments to multiple DSPs and other endpoints

  • Handle offline to online data matching function and technology (currently LiveRamp) for the HG enterprise

  • Manage other data sources as required for segmentation and analysis

  • Help to define our segmentation strategy to improve the effectiveness of our Audience Extension product set

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineer, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years' experience in scripting/programming, applications and systems administration, systems integration, and database environments

  • Advanced proficiency in DMP platforms, marketing technology, internet technologies, programming languages, optimizing queries, and crafting data models

  • Experience with Unix BASH / Python / Perl or other scripting language(s) highly preferred

  • Ability to set priorities and balance timelines to complete tasks against consumer and client facing target dates, balancing the needs of technology and revenue objectives

  • Ability to translate ideas into software, system, and data designs

  • Ability to coach and train co-workers on policies, processes, and the best audience tech practices

  • Ability to identify software and applications performance trends and recommend appropriate systems, process, or technology solutions

  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally, with the ability to communicate up, and across the organization

  • 5+ years' experience working with audience technology, including but not limited to hands-on management and/or deep familiarity with the following:

  • Direct experience working within a Data Management Platforms (DMPs), particularly Salesforce DMP (Krux)

  • Experience with and/or understanding of offline to online identity management (especially LiveRamp)

  • Integration of advertising within a large-scale publisher website

  • Ad servers (particularly Google DFP)

  • Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and deep familiarity with the programmatic ad space

  • Experience integrating and normalizing data into a single view

The Product Management Sr. Manager focuses on guiding and executing the delivery of business value to drive sales, improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Within their designated enterprise product line, Sr. Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers and business partners. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. The Product Management Sr. Manager leads the strategy to deliver quality products that add value. The Sr. Manager is skilled and experienced in generating innovative ideas for growth within their respective areas and across the Product Management organization. The Product Management Sr. Manager must exhibit the ability to lead managers and their teams and drive change management and process improvement. The Product Management Sr. Manager often leads senior-level Product Managers and/or leads teams of Product Managers that are responsible for higher-profile, more impactful products. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 40% - Strategy & Planning: Looks across product teams and feature sets with a focus on alignment and dependencies Sets the overall product vision and strategies for the enterprise product thorough an understanding of customer and associate needs, both existing and potential, to provide Home Depot customers and associates with an unparalleled shopping experience Applies domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action to drive business growth.
