Unit Description

Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Area Manager (Service Redesign). Reporting directly to a Senior Vice President, you will be supporting our Corporate Services Facilities segment with a focus on manufacturing. This position is VIRTUAL so you can live anywhere in the USA. This is a road warrior position requiring 80% travel. If you are a Six-Sigma Master Blackbelt with manufacturing experience than this might be the opportunity you have been looking for!

  • Day to day SME for the Division relating to redesign/development of standards and practices.

  • Ensures compliance with Sodexo Services and Systems.

  • Works with existing Regional VPOs in areas of Compliance, Financial management, people management and account operations.

  • Supports the implementation Service Design and Delivery.

  • Charters and manages Blackbelt Projects.

  • Trains and certifies Six Sigma program.

  • Identifies, implements and tracks continuous Improvement.

  • Maintain ISO certifications.

  • Six-Sigma Master Blackbelt with manufacturing experience required

Position Summary

This position serves as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to redesign standards and practices. Typically aligned with a Senior Vice President or Vice President and supports that geography.-Day to day SME for a division relating to redesign standards and practices.-Ensures compliance with the Sodexo's template of services. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account development, and account operations.-Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans.

  • Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree Basic Management Experience

  • 5 years Basic Functional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in related field
